1. Acceptance Of Terms
By creating an account, using the client panel, adding chatbot data, embedding the widget, using full-page chat, or using any aZentiKo service, you agree to these Terms And Conditions.
If you use aZentiKo for a business, you confirm that you have permission to manage that business information and chatbot setup.
2. About The Service
aZentiKo helps clients create AI chatbots for business websites. The platform can support chatbot setup, business dataset, FAQs, file and website knowledge, domain validation, embedded widget, full-page chat, leads, callback requests, chat tickets, command menu, analytics, usage reports, webhooks, and plan-based features.
Feature access depends on your active plan, enabled add-ons, account status, payment approval, and admin settings.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe, using a correct email address, managing team access carefully, and making sure all activity in your account is lawful and genuine.
You must tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Business Content And Knowledge Data
You are responsible for the information you add to aZentiKo, including FAQs, text, files, website pages, business details, products, services, pricing, contact details, social links, locations, working hours, and custom dataset content.
The chatbot depends on the data you provide. If your data is wrong, outdated, missing, or unclear, chatbot answers may also be wrong, incomplete, or unavailable.
5. AI Replies And Human Review
AI replies are provided to help visitors quickly understand business information. AI can make mistakes and may not always understand every question perfectly.
You should review chatbot performance, unanswered questions, fallback replies, leads, callbacks, tickets, and knowledge gaps regularly. Important business, legal, financial, medical, safety, or policy decisions should be checked by a human team.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use aZentiKo for illegal activity, spam, scams, abuse, harassment, harmful content, misleading claims, malware, unauthorized data collection, or anything that can damage visitors, other users, the platform, or third-party services.
You must not upload content that you do not have permission to use, and you must not use the chatbot to impersonate another business or person.
7. Plans, Feature Access, And Limits
Each plan may include different limits for chatbots, domains, files, storage, messages, tokens, AI access, lead capture, callbacks, chat tickets, command menu, full-page chat, chat history, analytics, webhooks, widget branding, schedules, business dataset, and other add-ons.
Features can be enabled, disabled, changed, or limited based on the plan, admin approval, usage limits, technical availability, payment status, or product updates.
8. Payments, Approval, And Invoices
Paid plans, upgrades, renewals, or add-ons may become active only after payment is verified and approved by admin. A payment request alone does not guarantee immediate feature access.
After approval, the selected plan may be activated and an invoice may be generated as per the billing process. Taxes, payment gateway charges, bank charges, or other applicable charges may be handled as per the payment method and invoice terms.
9. Upgrades, Downgrades, Cancellation, And Refunds
Plan changes may affect limits, available features, stored data access, AI usage, reports, and chatbot behavior. If you downgrade, some paid features may become locked.
Cancellation or refund handling depends on the active offer, billing cycle, payment method, and support approval. Please contact support for billing help before making repeated payment attempts.
10. Widget, Domains, And Full-Page Chat
The website widget should be installed only on domains you own or are allowed to manage. Domain validation and allowed domain settings are used to protect chatbot usage.
Full-page chat links can be shared where your plan allows it. You are responsible for how and where you share chatbot links and for the business information shown through them.
11. Leads, Callback Requests, Chat Tickets, And Commands
Lead capture, callback requests, chat tickets, and command menu responses are provided to help businesses handle visitor interest and support needs. These features depend on saved business data and plan access.
Chat tickets generated from chatbot conversations are different from normal support tickets between a client and aZentiKo support. Clients are responsible for following up with their own visitors.
12. Webhooks And Integrations
If you configure webhooks or integrations, you are responsible for the endpoint URL, connected system, permissions, and how received data is stored or processed.
aZentiKo may sign webhook deliveries and retry failed deliveries, but we cannot guarantee that third-party systems will always accept or process every event correctly.
13. Privacy And Visitor Data
Use of the platform is also covered by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for giving your website visitors any privacy notice or consent that may be required for your business, location, industry, or website.
You should not intentionally collect unnecessary sensitive personal data through chatbot forms, tickets, callbacks, or conversation prompts.
14. Service Availability And Changes
We try to keep the service reliable, but uptime can be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, AI provider issues, internet problems, payment provider issues, third-party tools, security events, or technical failures.
We may improve, modify, pause, replace, or remove features when needed for security, quality, legal, technical, or business reasons.
15. Intellectual Property
aZentiKo branding, platform design, software, workflows, templates, and system features belong to aZentiKo or its licensors. You should not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.
You keep responsibility for the business content you upload or enter into your chatbot account.
16. Suspension Or Termination
We may suspend or restrict access if an account is used for abuse, illegal activity, unpaid billing, security risk, violation of these terms, or behavior that can harm the platform, visitors, or other users.
You may stop using the service anytime, but billing, data retention, and account closure will follow the applicable plan and support process.
17. Limitation Of Liability
aZentiKo is provided to support business communication, but we do not promise that every reply, report, AI result, integration, or visitor action will be perfect, complete, or suitable for every business decision.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, aZentiKo is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, business interruption, missed leads, wrong business data added by clients, third-party service failure, or visitor decisions based only on chatbot replies.
