Simple Plan Activation And Payment Flow

Your account can be created first, but chatbot services start only after payment approval.

Register

Create your client account and select the plan you want.

Pay

Use the available UPI/manual method or online gateway when enabled.

Send Request

Enter UTR/reference and upload proof if required. Amount is based on selected plan.

Pending Approval

Admin checks your payment. You cannot send another request while one is pending.

Plan Active

After approval, your plan activates for 30 days and invoice is created.

Renew Or Change

Renew before expiry, upgrade by payment approval, or schedule downgrade for next renewal.

Payment Required

New accounts need payment approval before live chatbot services unlock.

Pending Request

If one request is already pending, wait for approval or rejection before creating another.

Invoice And Expiry

Approved payment creates invoice and shows start date and expiry date in client panel.

Expired Plan

Live services stop after expiry until renewal payment is approved. Existing data is not deleted.
